户外栽培姬松茸原料品牌Agaricus KA21
Agaricus KA21是唯一露天栽培的专有姬松茸提取物原料品牌。临床研究证实其安全性、免疫和改善生活品质等。它于2005年被日本卫生部门调查确认为最受日本癌症患者欢迎的药用菇补充剂。
概述
姬松茸又称巴西蘑菇(Agaricus Blazei Murril,或A. brasiliensis,或A. sunrufescens),俗称杏仁蘑菇,在日本俗称为Himematsutake,或Agarikusutake,是本世纪来受到全球关注的健康食品1。据报道,姬松茸是一种原产于巴西圣保罗地区的蘑菇,生命力极强,在太阳光下也能生长,故被赋予太阳蘑菇或上帝蘑菇等名称;姬松茸是可食用的蘑菇,味甜且有杏仁的香味2。Agaricus KA21是唯一在露天栽培的专有姬松茸提取物原料品牌,其成品商标为King Agaricus ®(中文:金姬松茸)。它由日本东荣新药(Toei Shinyaku)公司于1996年开发,并在巴西野外栽培和收成,然后在日本制药厂完成原料精加工和生产成品。在野外露天栽培巴西蘑菇难度大,产量稀少,但其所含蛋白质、维生素B族和矿物质等营养丰富,体积比温室栽培的要大数倍之多(如图1);它从土壤中吸收了如此多的营养,以至于一旦收获,它们很少在同一地区再次生长3。
至今,King Agaricus ®产品已在日本及亚洲、欧美等许多国家销售,上市20多年来没有出现过不良反应报道。值得一提的是,根据日本厚生劳动省(卫生和劳动保障)2005年发表的一项报告,日本癌症患者使用姬松茸作为补充剂占60%以上,远高于其他药用菌类、蜂胶等天然补充剂4。
虽然有关Agaricus KA21研究已发表约近30项。然而,大部分是临床前研究,临床和病例研究较少,仍处于早期阶段。尚需要进一步的人体研究以明确其临床疗效1。

Agaricus KA21作用机制
研究表明,露天栽培的Agaricus KA21所含高度分支的1,3-β-葡聚糖部分是其免疫活性的主要成分1。它还含有高水平的维生素B1、B2、B6、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸和生物素;此外,它也含有许多矿物质,包括大量钙、铁、钾、磷、镁、锌和铜,以及一定量的锰和硒1。在阳光下生长的Agaricus KA21含有可检测浓度的维生素D,而温室培育的姬松茸则未能检出1。
初步研究表明,Agaricus KA21可改善包括肥胖5,6、高血压7和糖尿病8,9等与生活方式相关疾病的症状9-12,并具有抗氧化13,14和抗炎特性15-17、抗肿瘤18,19、癌症抑制20,21和免疫增强特性22-26,1。

Agaricus KA21特点

2.研究支持:已经拥有约30项公开发表的研究,包括一些小型临床研究,主要在免疫增强、安全性和改善人类生活品质(如头发生长、抗疲劳)等方面(见下文)。

2.降低癌症治疗副作用,包括白细胞减少、腹泻、体重减轻、进食障碍和胃肠道障碍等。

4.降低与生活方式相关的代谢疾病风险,包括糖尿病、心血管疾病和脂肪肝炎(NASH)等。

Agaricus KA21研究

一项小型RCT研究表明,健康受试者(n=8)口服3g/天、持续7天,可激活自然杀伤(NK)细胞。NK细胞主要攻击癌细胞和引起感染的病原体1。
2.2.提高抗体水平、减少霉菌感染28
一项健康人(n=22)参与的研究,口服Agaricus KA21干燥子实体(900mg或1500mg/天),通过酶联免疫吸附试验测定血清中的抗β-葡聚糖抗体滴度。在每天摄入900mg/天6周后,观察到针对真菌来源的β-葡聚糖的抗体滴度增加;测得抗β-葡聚糖的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)显著上调28。
为了解抗β-葡聚糖抗体在排除致病真菌方面的作用,研究了HL-60细胞与经抗体处理的热灭活白色念珠菌之间的相互作用28。流式细胞术分析表明,经人IgG处理后,念珠菌阳性HL-60细胞上调,而竞争性分析表明,念珠菌反应IgG的主要表位是β-1,6-葡聚糖结构。抗Fcγ受体1(FcγRI)中和抗体抑制HL-60与IgG调理的白色念珠菌之间的结合。最后,使用FcγRI表达的细胞和活化T细胞核因子报告物分析,结果证明了更高滴度的抗β-葡聚糖IgG可以通过形成抗体-β-葡聚糖复合物诱导更强的Fc受体介导的细胞活化28。
